Return Policy Terms and Conditions:

All shipping, handling and other extraordinary costs of return are charged to you.

We are not responsible for replacing hitch balls which are used incorrectly/out of their tow class. You must check the tightness of your hitch ball before each use to ensure yours and others saftey.

We reserve the right to request additional information and or that the customer submit a photo of product to determine if product qualifies for a full/partial reimbursment and/or coverage of shipping charges.

To qualify for our “No Questions Asked” return policy, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item was shipped and invoiced directly by us.
2. The item was received within the last 30 days. (QMC's Stainless Steel Hitch Balls are an exception as they all come with a lifetime guarantee)
3. The item was not damaged during shipment.
4. The part is a standard distributed catalog item, was not specially ordered, and is not either a specially engineered or a “manufactured to print” product.
